Grand Hyatt Hotel Hong Kong at Discount Rates
Where to eat in Ocean Park Hong Kong?
The good news is that the rubber hoses that once passed as hot dogs are no longer your only option at Ocean Park Hong Kong. There is absolutely no reason to eat badly in Hong Kong and it seems Ocean Park Hong Kong have finally cottoned on to that fact. The bad news is that they’re also wised up on prices and the slew of new restaurants that have opened at Ocean Park Hong Kong are a little overpriced.
The only chain inside the park is McDonald's, which is joined by around a dozen fast food kiosks.
The Neptune’s restaurant is The premise here is that if you like looking at fish, you might also enjoy eating them and at Neptune’s you can do both. The Grand Aquarium is Ocean Park’s Hong Kong grandstand attraction, featuring nearly 5,000 fish, from manta rays to turtles, and Neptune’s gives you front row seats. The restaurant is wrapped by the aquarium and diners are sat right next to the glass. Unsurprisingly, there is a HK$150 minimum spend at the restaurant, although that’s unlikely to be a problem with starters like mushroom soup coming in at HK$68 and smoked salmon pasta tipping the scales at HK$188. It’s worth making a reservation in advance if you think you know what time you’d like to eat because seats can fill up fast.
